There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12
    Post Christmas Thoughts

At Christmas we just celebrated  the birth of Jesus who came into  the world and transformed our  lives. Then often, as many others  do,we read the news and wonder  what our world is coming to!
In Acts 4, in response to the  threats from the elders, religious  leaders, and the governing rulers  of that time, the believers prayed  for courage and for boldness in  preaching the word! They acted  upon the knowledge that He who has come into the world is ultimate Truth and He has the power and authority to transform of men's hearts and challenge the world's many philosophies.
Psalm 2 is repeated 7 times in the New Testament,
whenever the church was under pressure. It was referenced in Acts 4 verses 25 & 26 by Peter and John. Today this Psalm is certainly relevant and it requires from believers the same response as it did then.
In 2016 we begin welcoming believers/interns and missionaries to Nhop to pray and actively demonstrate to our government that Christians do care for them and the daily decisions that face them. Please pray for us that as we enter this year with many new people in government, that God will "open a wide door for effective service."
Thank-you for your faithful prayers and partnership with us. We are continually grateful to hear many tell us of how they appreciate our prayer points and perspectives.

Bring a team to Nhop

A week at Nhop will help revolutionize your thinking about the importance of government and better inform you of the major issues that are affecting Canadians.
We will learn together how to improve our effectiveness in prayer for our elected officials and for our nation. Our goal is to strengthen and multiply prayer and to impart a greater understanding of our responsibility as citizens concerning governance through you in your local Church.

 Reserve your team for 2016
Contact Nhop to begin the process of organizing your team to come. We will guide you through the preparation and implementation of your prayer journey to Ottawa. Prayer group leaders and pastors are invited to contact us for more information.
